Nikki & Clare's Inspiring 5K Journey with MAP Fitness
This past weekend, Nikki and Clare achieved an incredible milestone by completing their 5K Race for Life. Just eight weeks ago, the duo embarked on their fitness journey with MAP Fitness, setting a goal to improve their overall fitness and conquer a 5K race.
Their hard work and determination paid off as they crossed the finish line at the Northampton Race for Life, raising a significant amount of money for a noble cause. Nikki and Clare's dedication to their training and their commitment to making a difference are truly commendable.

"I signed up to an 8 week programme to achieve a fitness level for a 5k Race for Life.
Marvyn helped to get me there through a planned programme to suit my needs.
